Since DNA Creatine in unflavoured, it can be mixed with almost any drink. It doesn’t change the taste of recovery waters or protein shakes. Take creatine shortly before or after you exercise as your pre-workout or post-workout supplement. Just mix 1 scoop (3.4 g) with 240 ml of cold water or your favourite drink. This is completely normal and is to do with the way the powder is vacuum packed into the tub. The powder settles over time. This does not impact the weight or number of servings listed on the label.
