While this didn't turn out to help my hubby's GI the way I was hoping, it has proven to be a fantastic remedy for sore/dry throats. Just stir a teaspoon or less into your cup of tea and let the soothing begin! It has a mild taste that easily fades into the background of my honey/ginger/cinnamon tea. In these Covid times, it's great to have a throat remedy on hand when your throat starts feeling irritating. Would highly recommend as a throat lubricant!
Love this! One spoonful with 250ml of water before bed at night! The Taste leaves alot to be desires but take supplements for nutrition not taste buds. Also the best way of getting any rod of any stomach discomfort or bloatedness the natural way with no pills. A healthy Gut is the key to overall health! Thank Me Later.
