Magnesium (as oxide), Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking Agents: (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), Cellulose Gum, Glazing Agents: (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI), Colour:titanium dioxide.
Take three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare professional
