Epa and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart with a daily intake of at least 250 mg epa+dha (1 soft gels/day), The maintenance of normal blood triglyceride concentrations with a daily intake of 2 g epa+dha (2 x 1 soft gels/day) and the maintainance of normal blood pressure with a daily intake of 3 g epa+dha (3 x 1 soft gels/day). i have been taking a different low quality cod liver oil for a while now to soothe joint pain, the difference since taking 2 of these a day has been has been very noticeable especially with the change in weather. As a daily jogger I do put my body especially my knees under pressure so any slight improvement is noticeable and my energy levels have definetly improved after just 2 weeks. The capsules appear large but are smooth enough to swallow with no discomfort and unlike the other brands I have used previously there is no smell or taste to these capsules which is a bonus. The cost does seem high but in my opinion they are worth it as they appear to be working for me especially for joint care. I only take 2 per day and I am considering reducing this to 1 per day or 1 every other day to ensure value for money, 3 per day would work out very expensive but they do work and do give a energy boost.
Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement got me through this winter without even so much as a common cold!
Beautiful and a lot of information provided label of product,its sealed,i used it with water,feeling its great,I recommend it.
This is a super quality supplement - not just pure, but super high concentration of EPA & DHA, as well as a high dose of D3 as well. It really is very impressive. But it is also seriously expensive at over 41 for two months' supply. I am very pleased with it but it is way outside my budget to keep on with when I run out.
I have been taking and testing these Omega 3 tablets for the last 7 days and they have caused me no issues. They contain a large amount of O3 oil compared to other brands. The taste has a slight taste of lemon to remove the fish taste and this is a big plus for me as I hate taking Omega 3 Fish Oil tablets and tasting fish. They are large capsules but the smooth texture makes them easily swallowed. I feel great after taking these for a week and I can tell a difference in my energy levels.
I have tried numerous different omega 3 oils by different brands, even omega 3-6-9 and krill oil, non have been as effective and as powerful as these by Minami. I have been taking these for the past week daily to help reduce my muscle inflammation and pains after weight training gym workouts, and since I have felt more recovered to face a workout the next day. I also haven't had any allergic reactions to these where sometimes I would get belly aches when taking some fish oils. Although the capsules are bigger than your ordinary capsule size, but they were still relatively easy to swallow so no issues to report here. Each capsule includes 764 mg of EPA, 236mg DHA, 100mg of other omega 3 fatty acids and finally 25ug of vitamin D3. Taking just one a day is sufficient unlike other brands that recommend taking several a day. Yes these are quite expensive (currently 41.45 for 60 capsules here on MySupplementShop), but you genuinely will get what you pay for! Overall, very content and delighted with these Omega 3 fish oils.
