OTHER INGREDIENTS: Citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, silicon dioxide, sucralose, calcium silicate, acesulfame-potassium, beet juice concentrate.RECOMMENDED USE: Mix 1 scoop with 6-8oz water. Not for individuals sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed 2 scoops per 6 hour period. Do not exceed 3 scoops per day.
WARNINGS: DO NOT EXCEED 3 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD. DO NOT USE PRODUCT FOR LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS Follow. BY A Subsequent 4 WEEK BREAK. Consume at least 124 Fl. oz. of liquid per day for men and 91 Fl. Oz of liquid per day for women while taking this product. under no circumstances should the initial dose be exceeded or the WARNINGS: on the bottle be ignored. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
