OTHER INGREDIENTS: Hypromellose (Capsule), Silicon dioxide, Microcrystalline cellulose, Di-Calcium Phospohate, Magnesium Stearate.RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 capsule, 1-3 times per day. To assess your individual tolerance, start by taking only 1 capsule daily. Take before exercise. Total caffeine content for one capsule; 150 mg.
WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Consult a physician before using this product if you have any medical condition, if you require surgery, or if you are taking any over-the-counter or prescription medication. The recommended dose of this product contains 150 mg of caffeine per serving or about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and, occasionally, rapid heartbeat. Do not consume alcohol, drive, or operate heavy machinery while taking this product. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g., medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Use only as directed. Do not exceed recommended serving, as improper use of this product does not enhance results. Do not use if the inner safety seal on this package has been broken. Store in a cool, dry place.
