OTHER INGREDIENTS: Dicalcium Phospate, Whey (Milk), Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Soy (From Phytosterols), Pharmaceutical Glaze.RECOMMENDED USE: Take 6 tablets daily on an empty stomach. On training days, take 6 tablets before workouts. On non-training days, take 6 tablets prior to bedtime.
