The body needs an essential amino acid called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in order for the brain to communicate specific signals throughout the body.
Zylaria replenishes the brain with this essential amino acid and phytonutrients to support normal healthy brain functions due to the fungi's sedative-like qualities.

Zylaria RECOMMENDED USE:
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bed time. Once you have assessed tolerance, you can increase to 2 capsules per serving if required. Do not exceed recommended usage.
