This is a wonderful supplement for the benefits of coconut oil. NOW is a very dedicated business that help people take care of their health with very good quality and safe supplements. I emailed the NOW Company, and got clarification of how much to take of the Now Virgin Coconut Oil Supplement. A serving is: 3 Softgels a day. ***The Label Directions for the NOW Virgin Coconut Oil Supplement on Website, " IS AN OLD LABEL", that hopefully will be removed by Website, and corrected by the new label that will read: A Serving is: 3 Softgels A Day. I find that taking this softgel with milk really helps to swallow these coconut oil supplements. I find taking (1 ) 3x a day is so much more tolerable. It's not necessary to take all 3 at once. I hope this will help all, who became confused/unclear, with the directions. To take the softgel, is so much easier to accept, than taking a tablespoon out of a jar of coconut oil. For me, it was pure YUCKIE!! who became confused
