Excellent health supplement

This is a great supplement and supports hair growth for sure. Don't get me wrong, but with things like hair loss, you need a routine not just 1 pill to fix all aspects of hair loss. I have bought so many supplements and hair products to know too well doing one thing won't work, including silly caffeine shampoos and hair growth pills. You have to tackle at least 3-5 areas affecting hair growth to get real hair growth results, and i found using this supplement 1 a day, combined with Taoist soap for hair 2 times a week only, wash off instantly after application. Then taking nettle tea everyday, as well as scalp massage for 10-20 minutes everyday. This combination has done more then anything else i wasted money on. I would add B-vitamins as well, but I cycle them as I don't want my pee to stay neon yellow forever - so 3 months I take B complex and 1-2 months I don't. Anyway hair growth is not everyones issue, but it has worked for my brother who was suffering from genetic hair loss, and also worked for the women in my family.

Excellent quality and delivered fast. They don't half stink though, lol.

I purchase these for the health benefits, consume with my main meal of the day to get the most benefit. The taste is what you'd expect from selenium, but you get used to it. I like that these are vegan. I highly rate the service and the product.
