Good flavour, really does help when things stress me out.
Brought for my son who was struggling with anxiety around exams. Within a day or two he felt much calmer and said he felt these helped him.
I have tachycardia caused by anxiety and stress. These work well along side my propranolol medication. I find these better than the drops.
