It does help you on winter season but it does get effective after a week. That mean you gotta use 1 week and after you would see the result

Having suffered from a recurrent bout of painful mouth ulcers a few years ago, I did some research and read that there is sometimes a link between mouth ulcers and vitamin and/or mineral deficiency. I consider my diet and general health/fitness to be good - but of course, modern food processes and farming methods do, I believe, deplete most of our fruit and vegetables from minerals, etc, important to human health.
