Honestly I have no clue as to how this product works but it does. I used to get Ill constantly and suffer from low energy but this is the wonder tablet needed to correct all that. It's vegan too which is good to know, even though I am not

It does help you on winter season but it does get effective after a week. That mean you gotta use 1 week and after you would see the result

Having suffered from a recurrent bout of painful mouth ulcers a few years ago, I did some research and read that there is sometimes a link between mouth ulcers and vitamin and/or mineral deficiency. I consider my diet and general health/fitness to be good - but of course, modern food processes and farming methods do, I believe, deplete most of our fruit and vegetables from minerals, etc, important to human health.
