BetterYou Zinc oral spray is a great-tasting and easy way to maintain Zinc levels, support the normal function of the immune system and maintain healthy eyes, hair skin & nails.

Formulated to provide optimal nutritional delivery, each spray provides the Zinc in micro-sized droplets that coat and permeate the soft-tissue of the inner cheek, delivering the essential nutrients into the rich vein system below.

This allows the formulation to enter the bloodstream for optimal absorption quickly.
Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifier (acacia gum), zinc bisglycinate (zinc), glycerin, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavouring (lemon and lime), sweetener (steviol glycosides).
For initial use, press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.

5 sprays deliver 10mg of Zinc. Use 5 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water, and can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

Warning: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.

I'm usually used to take supplements as tablets but decided to give this one a go considering I'm not eating enough food containing zinc. I have to say, I was quite impressed by the spray which is much easier to use on the go. I was a bit worried of the taste but honestly enjoy taking it everyday (taking 5 sprays at once). I have purchased from this brand before and I like the fact that their supplements are in liquid form in an easy pump spray. This means I can keep it in my work bag and I am less likely to forget to take it each day. This product is a zinc supplement which is recommend for hair and nails alongside giving your immune system a boost. To use this product you just pump several sprays into the side of your cheek to get your daily dose. The flavour of the liquid is lemon and lime. It's actually a really pleasant favour certainly not overpowering or bitter in anyway. I actually really liked the flavour of the product. This product would be great for those individuals who struggle to swallow tablets. Would I recommend this product? I think is is good value for money when compared with pill type branded vitamins, the added convinance of a pump spray is a great bonus for me. The bottle is a decent size, and the company claim it has enough sprays to last you one month. So yes, I would highly recommend it if you like to supplement your intake of vitamins and minerals.

I love the spray and it's lemon and lime flavour. Often the sprays have a citrus flavour but it is usually orange so it's quite refreshing to have something a bit different. I appreciate the fact that it is a clearly marked vegan product. If you are unhappy taking capsules or tablets then this is a fantastic alternative. It is really easy to use with a pump that releases a spray. But under £10 it is reasonable value for money and you get a best before date of almost 2 years from the time of ordering.
