This is great to use. I drop a serving of it into my shaker with my intra workout and it mixes perfectly. Because there is no flavour it's easy to mix with anything like that or juice or even water. You are getting a decent amount per serving and 50 servings in the pouch which is easy to reseal. This is an important supplement to me to help with my recovery, especially on more intensive sessions.
I've started going to the gym more regularly to build muscle. As well as protein shakes, I take this and creatine. Overall I'm building good muscle definition and am coming along nicely. A combination of a few different supplements works the best. Overall good quality for the money and recommended.
