This arrived in its own tub (exactly as per the illustration) with no other wasteful packaging (other than the MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP box). It's a ****-top tub with a foil seal under the lid. It comes with its own scoop which is a bit awkward to get back in when the tub is new, as it's a full-length scoop. The flipside of course is that the longer length will be handy when the tub is running down. I gave this to my daughter who works out several times a week in the gym. She likes the flavour and also likes that there are only natural stimulants in the contents like Lions Mane. I have taken some of the ingredients before in lower amounts, and had noticed benefits, so was happy to trial. My inner lid had a slight pin prick hole. But product inside looked fresh and fine. I have taken a few times. One of the best tasting supplement drinks (other than shakes) that I have had. Not too sweet and the taste Didn't linger. Only issue, which won�t stop me taking it, is I get a slight skin tingling. I do on occasion take full flush niacin. Which I like. This was nothing severe like that. But I wasn�t expecting it.

Me and my partner both tried this pre workout the other day, we drank it about 20 mins before entering the gym to give it time to kick in. Can confirm the flavour is actually really pleasant and doesn't leave that famous sour flavour that most pre's give! Once inside the gym, we both felt pleasantly energised! I don't like pre workout when it gives you the shakes and sweats so I enjoyed the effects of this one. I also didn't struggle to get to sleep which I have had issues with in the past when taking a gym supplement! All in all, I will definitely be using this frequently!

I workout nearly everyday and usually have a protein shake but haven't tried pre workout. I made this before my workout and noticed I had abit more energy then usual. It definitely gives you some kind of boost. It has around 40 servings in each tub so would last well over a month. The flavour is really nice just tastes like squash tbh. Not sure if I would purchase again however this might be good for people who train with heavy weights or need a extra boost.
