I suffer from Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid arthritis, Chronic fatigue syndrome and Emphysema.. I take 1 or 2 of these with a bowl of porridge when I wake up and approx 20 mins later, I go from not being able to get out of bed, due to sheer exhaustion n fatigue.. To not only wanting to get out of bed but also having the energy to tackle the household chores that moments earlier had felt like an impossible task.. !!! These really do work !!! (Always take with food though as taken on an empty stomach left me feeling sick) They're also suppose to help with weight loss but I haven't lost any.. Infact I feel and look a lot better since I've been taken then (So I've been told)

Prefer the new orange packaging although a bit of a gimmick and not needed.. I usually take 4 a day or 2 before an intense workout, Which really makes you feel the buzz, does not give me jitters like I got with my protein thermos.. I've been taking thermos for a whilst and these seem best for me.. up there with ephedrine stacks of the past
