Se ne consiglia l'assunzione di 2 soft caps gel al giorno per gli adulti quindi il barattolo dura esattamente 3 mesi (sono 180) Lo consiglio piu che altro per il sapore che "non torna" rispetto ad altri integratori di omega.

I've not used this brand of suppliment before but have taken omega-3 in the past and was put off by the fishy smell and taste of capsules as well as the occasional fishy burp, not pleasant. However as it is so good for you I thought I would try again with these Nordic Naturals softgels and I have to say I'm really pleased with them. No fishy smell when I opened the pot and no taste to them when swallowing and so far no fishy aftertaste which they do promise with the addition of lemon oil. I like that these state precisely where they obtain their fish oil from, they are high dose and although the capsules are large I find them easy to swallow. As for benefits it will take time to notice, but so far I have high hopes and will have to come back and update this review.

Die Kapseln sind sehr groߟ und damit fr empfindliche Menschen schwer zu schlucken. Ich selbst habe damit glcklicherweise keine Schwierigkeiten. Dadurch, dass die Oberflche sehr weich und glatt ist, geht es auch, man muss nur etwas mehr Flssigkeit nachtrinken. Der Geschmack ist berhaupt nicht fischig. Etwa eine Stunde nach Einnahme kommt ein leichter Zitronengeschmack hoch, den ich aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt als unangenehm empfunden habe (eher im Gegenteil).
