I am a great advocate of mushrooms. They have been used successfully in Chinese medicine for many hundreds if not thousand of years. They are known to work. The are know to be safe and one of the things they are best at is building the complex immune system. Cordyceps I wanted now for immune system build up. This last 12 months I have one flu after the other and it is getting tiresome. So I am taking mushrooms. I got this while in the midst of the last horrid flu and they are definitely speeding up the healing. I am really pleased. In general must of the things that trouble us are at the root , caused by inflammation. Cordyceps is know to help that and to bring many other benefit to the body .If they are too big to swollen it is fine to empty them into a drink or smoothy and have the that way. It's pretty good quality cordyceps, powder is brown and it has a smell od mushroom and a gentle bites. It's helping my to get rid of infections
