There are 120 softgels vitam D3+K2 and you will have to take only one a day (with a meal) so this bottle enough for 4 months of dosing. These softgels are very easy to swallow if you don't feel like sucking them. Very good flavour ( Fruit, Coconut ). Great value for money. Recommend.

I am very happy with these supplements. Each pill has the right daily dose for me of vitamin D3 (2000IU) plus vitamin K2, which helps to ensure that calcium is deposited where it needs to be. These soft gel pills are easy to swallow and no taste whatsoever. Besides, they are really value. You get 120 softgel, which is the supply of 4 months (one pill a day), costing 13.5.

These are great value for a 3 month supply! Who doesn't need a vitamin D boost? Especially at this time of year! Even better is that they're combined with K2. The package came sealed so you can be confident that they haven't been tampered with, and the little softgels are a nice size to swallow. All in all I'm very happy, and for now would recommend. *I take regular vitamin D, so am not expecting to feel a huge difference, but it's great to know that I'm supporting my body in the best way possible.

Living in Britain generally means minimal amount of sunshine in the winter months to get our daily does of vitamin D from, so a supplement is a must. I take mine before bedtime as I sleep better when I do. I keep a pot next to my beside and have this pot for when I am away from home. Vitamin D is absorbed better when combined with K2 which helps maintain healthy bones - good for women over a certain age! These tablets do contain animal products so won't be suitable for vegetarians. They are easy to swallow and cost approx 11p each when you divide the current price of 13.42 by the number of tablets. You get around 4 months supply, so perfect if you just need to take during the winter.

Softgels came in hard plastic container, sealed underneath the lid. These vitamins are very easy to swallow, they are smooth and goes down nicely without struggle. I sent usually go for pills, prefer vitamin gummies due to the taste and ease of swalling. These softgels are flavour free so even better. They are sugar free aswell, good for people on strict diet. Vit D3 is very important for our health and during autumn and winter we don't get enough sunlight to get efficient amount for our immunity, bones and teeth so it's important to suplement this vitamin during this time a year. Vitamin K2 helps to absorb Vit D easier so is also important in the process. I'm happy with them and surprised how good they are for swalling down the throat. Highly recommended
