Every time I have a blood test it always comes back that i'm deficient in vitamin D3. I do the same routine, buy a pack of tablets, start taking them religiously and then, after a couple of weeks - I forget to take them. That's the reason I like this spray. I keep it by my bedside table and use it every morning. I don't have to wait until I have a drink of water to take it with so there's no putting it off and then forgetting. It doesn't have any taste, so it's not at all unpleasant to take.

I've been taking this daily for about a week now and I've not noticed an awful lots of change except that my headaches have eased a bit! I don�t know if that�s a coincidence but I�m not complaining either way! Also it is completely flavourless. This vitamin D spray is great! One spray under the tongue a day is all you need and it doesnt really have a flavour. This spray contains a strong dose of vitamin D which is perfect for the darker months in the UK. I find it really helps ease my seasonal depression and boost my energy levels.

I�m a big baby and hate taking tablets. I've taken pills and capsule versions of vitamins in the past but this is a nice alternative - a lot easier and more convenient to carry with you on the go. If you struggle with swallowing pills, this will be perfect for you. It doesn�t taste too bad or overpowering but even if you don�t like it, just wash it down with water after you spray once under your tongue.
