We have been using Solgar products for a while now. Excellent supplement you can definitely feel the difference on your skin and mood taking them regularly. Only thing I could think of worth mentioning as a potential downside that the pills are big.
Vit C is such an obvious choice for healing a lot of minor issues with our health yet many of us do not take care about taking one tablet each day, and in my opinion we should. Vit C is fantastic at a start of the cold/flu, especially in hight doses as 1500 mg. I take one each day. Solgar makes great supplements. Packaged in fully recyclable packaging. And hight quality ingredients. They are my go to manufacturer of supplements. I highly recommend to anybody.
