I take these on a new circuit of supplements, minerals, etc. and I do notice my stomach balances more, especially first thing in the morning. I probably don't get the sniffles as much? And just generally have more vitality; but unsure to know what's down to this product specifically. I don't know. It works for me!

I've been using magnesium for many years for a variety of things, and according to research most people are deficient in this important mineral. There are many different types of mineral and some are better for other things whereas other are better for something else. In this case the focus is on sleep and relaxation, and it is clear from lots of research that this mineral does have an impact on both of these things. I've taken all sorts of things to help with sleep. Not so much getting to sleep, but the staying asleep and the length of sleep. So my hopes for this were that they would reduce nocturnal awakenings. So far I've been on them for a few weeks and my sleep has been fine, but it usually isn't too bad. I have had times where I have woken in the middle of the night, but possibly not as many as usual, which may or may not be down to this. I will continue taking them though, and see what the results are after a month.

I like the contents of these capsules, exactly what I was looking for. However, I didn't anticipate them being quite so massive - they are not for the faint-hearted! Otherwise good pills.

This Magnesium supplement is marketed as a 'balance and relax' supplement, and provides 90 capsules at a 3-a-day dosage, so just a month's supply. Looking at the label on the bottle, nothing seems to be amiss. They are suitable for vegan lifestyle, are gluten free, lactose free, soy free and GMO free, as well as complementing a Keto diet. Magnesium has many benefits apart from the psychological ones , including functions of the nervous system and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Of course, supplements may not be suitable for everybody, so individual research is important before taking any. Personally, I like to maintain good levels of Magnesium in my system and although I have not heard of OSAVI before, I am willing to give these a try. They are the usual 'torpedo' shape capsules, but seem larger than average to me. I have no difficulty swallowing these although some people may find it a problem. They are manufactured in Poland and are lab-tested, whatever that entails. As with most supplements I am unable to comment on the effects of this supplement because it is always subjective and hard to gauge, but I understand that research is still ongoing regarding the benefits and deficiency of Magnesium. In the meantime I prefer to keep my own levels up. If you are considering a Magnesium supplement I would say these particular ones are as good as any.
