BetterYou Immune Health oral spray is an expertly formulated combination of vitamins A, C and D, with minerals selenium and zinc, to support the body's natural immune system. Formulated to provide optimal nutritional delivery, each spray provides immune health in micro-sized droplets that coat and permeate the soft tissue of the inner cheek, delivering the essential nutrients into the rich vein system below. This allows the formulation to quickly enter the bloodstream for optimal absorption.
- Water, diluent (xylitol), glycerin, emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), stabiliser (ɣ-cyclodextrin), medium chain triglycerides, zinc bisglycinate (zinc), preservative (potassium sorbate), vitamin A acetate (vitamin A), thickener (xanthan gum), natural flavourings (orange & peach), sodium selenite (selenium), antioxidant (extracts of rosemary), sweetener (steviol glycosides), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
Dosage: 1-3 years; 2 sprays, 4-8 years; 3 sprays, 9-13+ years; 4 sprays. Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
Warning: Do not exceed recommended dosage. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

I'm a recent convert to oral vitamin sprays. This is a multivitamin version from BetterYou, especially good if you have trouble swallowing tablets or soft gel capsules. You get a combination of vitamins A, C and D with minerals Selenium and Zinc in a pleasant orange and peach flavour. Unlike others I have used for a vitamin D top up where you only need one or two sprays in your mouth (on the inner cheek), with this you have to spray five times a day. These can be taken at intervals or at the same time. I take Vitamin D (3,000 IU) and Zinc during the winter months to boost my immune system as I don't spend as much time in the sun. Worked really well recently as I had to fight off a chest infection. This pack will last about a month and is a good size to slip in a bag or pocket. Suitable for vegetarians but there is no mention of vegan's in the instructions as far as I can see. Contains sweetners (steviol glycosides) which I know doesn't suit everyone. I will certainly use this oral spray and would be happy to recommend it.

It's easy to use vitamins with quick absorption. Also have nice taste, I really like it
I was already familiar with this brand as we have previously purchased some of their vitamins. Before using it you need to shake them well and press the pump 3 times to get the fluid flowing. Using it is super easy, just open your mouth and spray into your mouth. The recommended dosage is 5 sprays daily for adults and I love it as I have troubles taking capsules. Recommended product.
BetterYou appears to be good brands as I seen this brand in my local supermarket so it great to see their products on MySupplementShop . This product is very easy to use as all you need is just a few sprays no water/ liquids needed, as such this is ideal while travelling or you don't have a drink . The taste is great.
Supplements are difficult to review, as it takes long term use to show any differences. This product contains vitamin a c & d to help support the immune system. Taste wise I was impressed, I actually liked the taste it was sweet but nice. I've tried others that left a horrible taste in the mouth. Delivery was quick, product nicely present and packaged and tasted well. I've rated this five stars as it is a product that I would buy again. I only rate things with a five if they outstanding or I was genuinely happy and would buy it again. I was supplied this as a free sample, but that makes no difference to this review
