It is too early to say if this item works. My concern is that I cannot read the directions on the box due to the sticker covering the vital information I require!

Have been using biokult for few years and have to say I love it !! I noticed definite benefits. I took throughout my second pregnancy and seen big improvements is certain symptoms from my first pregnancy. I take these daily and would recommend everyone to give them a try! I have suffered with IBS for 25 years and although always present, it can really flare up at random times. I have tried so many things to help with this but now I think I have finally found it! After taking 2 a day in the morning I have not experienced my usual bloated and stabbing pains since starting them :) I also use Laxido (prescription) once a day and this seems to work really well in combination.

I have had sinus infections for years, including nasal surgery. The doctors would just keep punching antibiotics and corticosteroids into me. I also used Nielmed rinse. This all became too much when the harder I tried to wash/clean, the more infections I was getting. Staphylococcus aureus was identified as the source and a particular nasty stain of antibiotics was used for a month, destroying my natural biome. I then started getting massive stomach and gut issues, along side my nasal infections. I eventually went to a FODAMAP diet to help the stomach, a specialist gastroenterologist and a nasal specialist. The nasal specialist explained that the antibiotics should not have been used due to Staphylococcus aureus being natural. The culprit was a candida infection that was persistent, moving into the space created by the antibiotics and going berserk, in my nose, affecting my stomach. My stomach/bowel after examination, was cleared of any nasties but it was explained to me that I now had a sensitive stomach and I would be on medication. My doctor recommended these Bio-Kult Advanced Multi-Strain Formulation for Digestive System, which the specialist rolled his eyes over, but I tried them initially two tablets once a day, with a healthy skepticism. To my surprise, the pain in my bowel has lessened to an occasional grumble when I eat the wrong thing and the sinuses have improved. I am now able to use the steroid again without sharp pains in my bowel 4 hours later. I also felt an improvement of my wellbeing and overall mood. Those of you with these issues I believe can and will be able to relate to that. I do not use any stomach/bowel medication and I control my stomach symptoms using FODMAP but I am gradually introducing the less tolerated carbs back into my diet. It really worked for me and I shall be buying some more to aid both symptoms.

I work with gastro consultants who I have heard recommend this product to their patients and as someone who struggles with their bowels, I thought I would try this. Your symptoms are worse for the first few weeks and then suddenly you're better! Honestly, after taking this and having more fibre in my diet, I am no longer constipated and have wayyyy less gas than before. Honestly helped sooooo much! Clinically proven to help as told by the gastro consultant, helps to reduce bloating!
