OTHER INGREDIENTS: L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, L-citrulline malate, stabiliser microcrystalline cellulose, emulsifier sorbitol, Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract (80% gypenosides), stabiliser magnesium stearate, L-ascorbic acid, microencapsulated iron AB-Fortis (ferric saccharate, calcium alginate carrier), thiamine hydrochloride.RECOMMENDED USE: Activity duration up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets ca. 45 min. before the start of the physical activity. Activity duration greater than 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 min. before the start and 2 tablets halfway during the physical activity. The maximum daily amount is 4 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Use: Gradually swallow the tablets with a sufficient amount of water, according to the recommended dosage. Do not chew the tablets!
