This quick digesting shake is due to hydrolysing isolates and breaking them down from larger proteins into small particles. Simply add one scoop of Optimum Nutrition’s Platinum Hydro Whey to 260 ml of water and shake, stir or blend well. Place 180-240 ml of water in a container (e.g. shaker). Then add a portion of Platinum Hydro Whey (39g) to the liquid, shake well until the powder has completely dissolved and consume promptly.
